1. Information collected
The inquiry form collects organization name, name, email address, inquiry category, and message content. Do not submit patient information, case images, medical records, or other sensitive health information.
2. Purpose and processing
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries and evaluate pilots, research collaborations, partnerships, and related communications. Form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to the company inquiry environment. This website does not maintain its own database of submitted form content, although information may be retained by Formspree and in the company email environment according to their respective operations and retention settings.
3. Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page views and website usage. Analytics may collect page URLs, device and browser information, approximate location, and interaction events. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, inquiry content, patient information, or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics.
4. External services and international processing
Formspree and Google Analytics may process information on infrastructure outside Japan under their respective privacy and security terms.
5. Security and clinical data
The public website is intended to be served over HTTPS. The inquiry form is not a channel for clinical data, patient records, or surgical media. Product pilots use separately agreed data-governance and security arrangements.
6. Changes
We may update this page as the website, applicable requirements, or our operating practices change.
